Refund & cancellation policy

The only thing we sell on Bloglly is paid guest posts. Reading the site and getting the newsletter are free. This page explains when you can cancel and when you get your money back.

At a glance

• Article not accepted: full refund.
• Cancelled before editorial review starts: full refund.
• Cancelled during review: 50% refund.
• After the post is published: no refund, except as explained below.
• Paid twice by mistake: the extra payment is refunded in full.

Cancelling an order

To cancel, e-mail notifications@bloglly.com from the address you used for the order, with your order reference (it starts with BG-).

• Before review. If your order still shows "Paid — to review", it is cancelled and refunded in full.
• During review. Once an editor has started reading and editing your article ("In review"), work has been done, so we refund 50%.
• After approval or publication. The service has been delivered, so the order can't be cancelled for a refund.

If we don't accept your article

If the article doesn't meet our guidelines and we decide not to publish it, we refund the full amount. We will e-mail you the reason.

After publication

Published guest posts are not refundable. There are two exceptions:

• If we take your post down within 30 days for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund in full.
• If the post didn't include what your package promised (such as the agreed links or a homepage feature), tell us within 14 days. We will fix it, or refund you in proportion to what was missing.

Posts removed because they break our terms (for example copied text, banned topics or links that turn harmful) are not refunded.

We don't refund because a post didn't bring the traffic, rankings or sales you hoped for, since we never promise those.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Razorpay to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, in the same currency. We start the refund within 5–7 working days of approving it. Your bank may then take another 5–10 working days to show the money. We don't charge any fee for refunds.
