These terms apply to anyone who uses bloglly.com, including readers, newsletter subscribers and guest writers. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About the content
Bloglly publishes articles, explainers and personal blog posts for general information. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Always check important decisions with a qualified professional. We try hard to be accurate and to link our sources, but we can't promise that every detail is complete or still current. Blog posts reflect the author's personal views.
2. Using the site
You may read, share and link to our posts. Please don't:
- copy or republish whole articles without written permission (short quotes with a link back are fine);
- scrape the site in a way that harms its performance;
- try to break into the admin area, or interfere with the site's security;
- use the reactions, forms or newsletter to send spam or abuse.
3. Copyright
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images and design on Bloglly belong to Bloglly or the person who created them. Guest writers keep the copyright in their own articles. See section 5 for the licence they give us.
4. Headlines and outside links
The "Latest headlines" box shows headline titles from other news publishers, linked to their original pages. Those headlines and pages belong to their publishers, and we don't check or endorse them. The same applies to any outside website we link to.
5. Paid guest posts
- What you pay for. The fee covers editorial review and, if your article is accepted, publication on Bloglly with the links included in your package. It doesn't guarantee acceptance, search rankings, traffic or sales.
- Labelling. Every paid post is labelled "Sponsored", and its outbound links carry
rel="sponsored", as Google requires. We don't remove these labels. - Your promise. You confirm that the article is your own original work, hasn't been published elsewhere, doesn't copy anyone else's content, and is lawful and accurate.
- Not allowed: gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs, hate, misleading health or money claims, links to malware or scams, and content that breaks Indian law or Google publisher policies.
- Editing. We may edit for clarity, length, formatting and policy, and may change or remove links that break these rules.
- Licence. When you submit, you allow us to publish, edit, display and share the article on Bloglly, its newsletter and its feeds, worldwide and without further payment.
- How long it stays. Accepted posts normally stay online as long as the site runs. We may remove a post later if it breaks these terms, if a law or complaint requires it, or if a linked site turns harmful. Refunds for guest posts are covered by the refund policy.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) or US dollars (USD) and include any taxes that apply unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying you also accept Razorpay's terms.
7. Newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every e-mail.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, Bloglly isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. If we are found responsible for a guest-post order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith by e-mail. If it can't be settled that way, it will be handled by the courts of India.
